Settled bets will not be reopened except in cases where UP786 identifies an error in settlement.
If a sporting event is abandoned before completion and a result cannot be determined, UP786 will void all affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. For cricket, a match must meet the minimum overs rule relevant to the competition for bets to stand. For football, a match must reach the 90th minute (excluding injury time) for standard result bets to stand.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the selection was listed with an incorrect price due to a clear technical error; the player placed the bet after the event had actually started; or the selection was duplicated due to a platform error. Voided bets have stakes returned in full.
